For clients whose insurance is not accepted by Nourishing Expert, LLC, a cash payment option is available, with the provision of a “Superbill” upon request.

Initial visit: Includes a review of medical Hx, food recall, labs, gut health & lifestyle factors like stress, sleep & physical activity. Receive practical, easy-to-follow guidance to achieve your goals. Supplement recommendations provided if needed. Stay connected with the provider via secure messaging and food journaling between sessions.
Follow-up visit: Evaluate and update previously set goals, address challenges and establish new goals for long-term success
Deluxe package (3 visits)

Ideal for those with moderate nutrition concerns- pre-diabetes/type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, weight loss goals of 15-30 lbs, PCOS, gastro-intestinal and hormonal imbalances.
Includes:
Deluxe Nutrition Package includes everything provided in the "Starter package". Additionally enjoy discounts on Food Sensitivity, Metabolic, Functional and Hormone tests, branded supplements and "Group Coaching Classes".
